1 cup sugar
2 egg yolks
2 cup flour
5 tbl cocoa
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 cup milk

Filling
1/2 cup shortening
2 egg whites
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups confectionery sugar
1/4 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix same as cake. Drop heaping tablespoon on cooking sheet. Bake 10 minutes at 375.
