4 lbs. ground beef, browned
3 large onions, chopped
3 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
4 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsps. cumin
5 tsps. salt
6 c. cooked rice
2 onions, chopped
2 heads lettuce, chopped
8 tomatoes, chopped
2 c. guacamole
32 oz. sliced ripe olives
16 oz. shredded cheese
3 c. chopped pecans
3 c. shredded coconut
16 oz. sour cream
16 oz. picante sauce

To make chili:
Brown beef in large dutch oven with onions. Stir in remaining ingredients and simmer 30 minutes.
For Fiesta:
Layer ingredients on plate in order listed.
