c. vegetable oil
1 c. sugar
2 beaten eggs
3 bananas mashed
2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. soda
tsp baking powder
tsp salt
tsp vanilla
c. chopped nuts
3 tbsp milk

Beat oil, sugar, add eggs and bananas and beat well. Add sifted flour, soda, baking powder to oil mixture, alternate with milk and vanilla. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cool and store in air tight container.
