1 c. sour cream
3 tbsp. cider vinegar
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 c. fresh dill, minced
Salt and fresh ground black pepper
3 medium cucumbers, sliced
1/2 medium red onion, sliced very thin
Directions:
Directions:
Whisk the first four ingredients together and salt and pepper to taste, in a medium bowl. Add cucumbers and onion. Toss to coat. Serve chilled, adjusting seasoning as necessary.
