Macaroni Au Gratin Recipe

1 7-oz. package macaroni
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
2 c. milk
8 oz. process American cheese, cubed
1 T. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. ground mustard
2 T. Italian seasoned bread crumbs

Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain.
Place in a greased 2-quart baking dish, and set aside.
In saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
Stir in flour until well blended.
Gradually add milk; bring to a boil. Cook and stir for 2 minutes - reduce heat. Add cheese, onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and mustard.
Stir until cheese melts. Pour over macaroni and mix well.
Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
