Parmesan Cheese, grated
Butter spray
1 Tbsp. olive oil, Salt and pepper

With skin removed, spread each side of salmon with mayonnaise.
Lightly flour the salmon and press grated
Parmesan cheese on both sides.
Spray butter spray into a frying pan and add 1 Tbsp. olive oil.
Cook salmon about 5 minutes on each side.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Salmon may be served over Caesar Salad or alone
with rice and vegetables.
