2 pounds pork tenderloin
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 T sherry
2 tsp ground ginger
2 tsp dry mustard
2 tsp fresh lemon juice
2 T fresh orange juice

Directions:
Directions:
Place tenderloin in a zip-lock bag. Combine remaining ingredients in a blender or food processor. Pour over tenderloin and seal bag. Marinate in refrigerator 4 to 6 hours, turning occaisionally.

Preheat oven to 325. Place meat and marinade into a 13x9x2 baking dish and bake 35-45 minutes or until meat thermometer reaches 155. Slice and serve.
