2 chicken breasts,
Garlic wok oil,
8 to 10 garlic cloves,
1 large onion,
1 large green pepper,
2 small cans green chilies,
Fat-free vegetable broth,
Wine or beer

Cube 2 chicken breasts and brown them in one tablespoon of garlic wok oil. Then add garlic (8-10 assorted cloves to taste), one large onion diced and one large green pepper chopped.

Add about a cup of some liquid like fat free vegetable broth or water or wine or even beer. Cook for about 4 minutes until the onion goes clear and the pepper goes soft. After cooked for four minutes, add two small 4 oz cans of chopped green chilies.

Add one packet of your favorite chili seasonings and stir. Then add three cans great northern beans and then add cup of fat free vegetable broth (leaving about cup of broth for later use). Stir together and then add a shaken mixture of the remaining cup fat free vegetable broth and three tablespoons of flour.

Stir all together, bring to boil, and then reduce heat to low and let simmer for 25 minutes.
