2 1/2 Lb. Chuck Roast
1 Envelope Dry Onion Soup Mix
1 Bunch Green Onions, Chopped
1 Clove Garlick, Chopped
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
2/3 Can Beef Broth (I use Swansons)
1 container of sliced mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat Oven to 300 Degrees. Cut roast into 1 inch cubes, trimming fat off. Place in baking dish. Mix soup mix, green onions, mushrooms, garlic clove, cream of chicken soup and beef broth. Pour mixture over meat cubes. Cover and bake in 300 degree oven for 3 to 3 1/2 hours.
Serve over buttered noodles or rice.
