2 tsp. instant coffee granules
1 T. hot water
1 1/2 c. cream-filled chocolate cookie crumbs
3/4 c. chopped pecans, divided
1/4 c. butter, melted
2 packages (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 can (14oz.) condensed milk
1/2 c. chocolate flavored syrup
1 carton (8oz.) whipped topping, thawed
Directions:
Directions:
In small bowl, dissolve coffee granules in hot water;
set aside. Combine crumbs, 1/2 c. pecans and butter. Pat into bottom of 9x13 baking pan. Beat
cream cheese until light and fluffy. Blend in coffee mixture, milk and syrup. Fold in whipped topping and spread over crust. Srpinkle rest of pecans on top. Freeze.
