1 (2 lb) flank steak
1 cup soy sauce
1 cup pineapple juice
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
5 Tbsp sesame oil
2 Tbsp jerk seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place steak in large Ziploc freezer bag.

2. Combine ingredients and stir until sugar is dissolve. Pour on steak. Chill at least 1 hour or up to 8 hours, turning occasionally.

3. Grill steak, covered with lid 5 mins on each side. Let stand 10 mins before slicing. Cut diagonal across grain.
