2 lbs. Italian sausage, loose, hot
1 lb. American sausage
4 c. flavored bread crumbs
1 cup parmesan cheese
salt and pepper
4 unbeaten eggs
1 1/2 c. milk added gradually

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage and pour off fat. Mix together sausages, cheese, bread crumbs, salt and pepper (to taste). Add eggs and mix. Gradually add milk to a moist consistency. Stuff in turkey or bake in separate casserole dish. 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
