1/3 c. melted margarine
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1/3 c. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
4 c. chopped rhubarb

Directions:
Directions:
Blend all ingredients except rhubarb in a blender. Pour into greased 9 x 13 pan. Put rhubarb on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
