1 lb. regular Jimmy Dean breakfast sausage
1 lb. sage Jimmy Dean breakfast sausage
1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
3 or 4 cups Bisquick mix
1 sm. can minced jalapeños

Spices to taste:
Garlic Powder
Italian Herb
Black Pepper
Powdered Yellow Mustard

Mix all ingredients (with hands) in large bowl.

Roll into 1" balls and place on non-stick cookie sheet.

Bake at 350º for about 40 min. A little overdone is ok, under done pork is not good.
