1 c. crushed peanuts
1 cube butter, melted
1 1/2 c. flour
8 oz. cream cheese
16 oz. container Cool Whip (Extra Creamy is best)
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 - 3 oz. pkgs. instant chocolate pudding
3 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix crushed peanuts, melted butter and flour and press into a 13x9 pan. Bake at 375º for 20 minutes. Let cool. Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth, fold in 1/2 container of Cool Whip. Place on top of crust in pan. Mix chocolate pudding with milk until thick. Spread over cream cheese mixture. Top with rest of Cool Whip and garnish with more crushed peanuts.
