1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. margarine, divided
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
3 c. oatmeal
1 1/2 c. chocolate chips
1 can sweetend condensed milk

Stir chocolate chips, milk and 1/2 c. margarine over low heat until melted. Set aside.
Cream sugars and remaining margarine. Stir in remaining ingredients. Divide mixture in 2. Place 1/2 in sprayed 9 X 13 pan. Cover with filling. Drop remaining mixture on top. Bake at 350 for 25 - 30 minutes
