2 ½ cup water
1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoon butter
¼ cup vinegar
3 teaspoon salt
¼ cup chopped onion
1 clove garlic
1 teaspooon red pepper
2 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
1 teaspoon mustard powder
3 tablespoon worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a one quart sauce pan and bring to a boil. Sauce is better if allowed to stand overnight to blend flavors. The sauce should be warmed before use.

Select large, meaty chops sliced approximately one inch thick. Chops should be placed on grill over low to medium heat and cooked approximately 45 minutes. They should be turned frequently with BBQ sauce brushed on each time they are turned.
