Ingredients:  
For 9 inch pie
1 c. flour
1/2 t. salt
1/3 Crisco - half regular Crisco and half butter Crisco
3-4 T. ice water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour and salt. Cut in Crisco, using pastry blender or two knives until all flour is blended to form pea-sized chunks. Sprinkle water, one T. at a time. Lightly toss with fork or hand until dough forms a ball. Flour rolling pin and surface lightly. Roll dough into circle. Lift lightly into pie pan.
When making a double crust pie, cut slilts in top crust. I sprinkle a little sugar on the top crust before placing in oven.
