1 pkg. white cake mix, using only egg whites
6 T. Creme de Menthe Liqueur, divided
1 can Hershey's fudge topping
1 8 oz. Cool Whip
Directions:
Directions:
Prepare cake mix according to directions. Add 3 T. Creme de Menthe to batter. Bake in greased 9" by 13" pan. Cool. Frost cake with 1 can Hershey's fudge topping. Add remaining 3 T. of Creme de Menthe to Cool Whip and spread over fudge topping. Refrigerate. Garnish with a cherry or nuts when serving.
