1 c pumpkin
1 c sugar
2/3 c butter
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
2 c flour
1 t baking powder
1 t baking soda
1 t cinnamon
1/2 t salt
3 T butter
1/4 c milk
1/2 c brown sugar
1/2 t vanilla
2-3 cups powdered sugar

Beat sugar and butter. Add pumpkin, egg, and vanilla. In
seperate bowl combine dry ingredients. Add to creamed
mixture and mix. Drop by teaspoon onto cookie sheet. Bake
350 for 12 - 15 minutes. Cool and frost.
Icing: Cook butter, milk and brown sugar in saucepan until
boiling. Boil 2 minutes. Cool. Add vanilla and powdered sugar
(add sugar until desired consistency). Beat until smooth.
