1 - 16 ounce can Veg-All, drained and rinsed
1 medium onion, chopped
1 cup sliced water chestnuts
¾ cup mayonnaise
1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
½ roll Ritz crackers, crushed
1 tablespoons melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together (except crackers). Place in casserole, and top with cracker crumbs that have been tossed with melted butter. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
