1 cup packed light brown sugar
1 T. flour
1 tsp mustard
1 T. vinegar
4 T hot water
~ 1 cup ketchup

Mix the dry ingredients first, blend in the other, stir well. Add approx 1 c. ketchup.

I don't actually measure anything but the brown sugar. I make mine in a 2 cup measuring cup, throw the stuff in and just add ketchup to the 2 cup mark and then taste it. You can also make your own variations....I have added honey, molasses or other stuff at times.
