1 1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup oil
1 cup canned pumpkin
1 1/2 tsp orage extract
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup raisins
1 cup chopped nuts
1 1/2 tsp vanilla

Heat oven to 375. Mix sugar, pumpkin, oil and orange extract. Stir in flour, baking powder, soda, cinnamon, vanilla and salt. Mix well. Stir in raisins and nuts. Drop dough by teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake until lightly browned. 7 to 8 minutes. Remove to cooling rack.

Orange cream cheese icing
6 T margarine
3 oz cream cheese
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp orange extract
1 tsp milk.

Mix well and spread on cooled cookies.
