2 cups all purpose flour
1 1/2 cup quick cooking oats
1/4 cups packed brown sugar
1 cup butter or margarine softened
1 12oz package nestle premier white morsels
1 8oz package cream cheese softened
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 16oz can wholeberry cranberry sauce
2 tablespoons corn starch

In a large bowl, combine flour, oats and brown sugar. Cut in butter until crumbly. Stir in morsels. Reserve 1 1/2 cups for topping. With flouored fingers press remaining mixture into a greased 9x13 pan. Beat cream cheese in a large bowl till creamy. Add sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice and vanilla till smooth. Pour over crust. Combine cranberry sauce and corn starch in medium bowl. Spoon over cream cheese. Sprinkle morsel mixture over top.

Bak at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes till center sets. Cover and refridgerate.
