3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1/2 c. milk
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 T. vanilla extract
1/2 stick butter or margarine, melted

1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. chopped pecans
1 stick butter or margarine

Alternative Topping
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. pecans
3/4 stick butter

Combine the first ingredients in mixing bowl. Beat until mixture is smooth. Pour into 2-quart baking dish.

Mix brown sugar, flour and pecans (or graham cracker crumbs). Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle evenly over top of potatoes. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
