"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

2 tbsp vinegar
maple syrup, for serving

In a large bowl, mix together milk, pumpkin, egg, oil and vinegar. In a seperate bowl combine the flour, brown sugar, baking power, baking soda, spices and salt. Personal Notes:
I love the flavors of pumpkin and spices working together. Make this recipe during the fall or winter, when pumpkin is everywhere. It's a nice alternative to baking an entire pumpkin pie!
