1 head cabbage
8 green onions (1 use less onion)
1/2 stick butter or margarine
3/4 C sliced almonds
1/2 C sesame seeds
2 packages Ramen Chinese noodles

DRESSING

1 cup salad oil
1/3 cup rice wine vinegar
1/4 cup sugar or Splenda
2 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. Accent (optional)

Directions:

Chop and mix together cabbage and green onions.

Sauté sliced almonds and sesame seeds in butter or margarine.

For dressing, combine and mix well in a jar, the salad oil, rice wine vinegar, sugar, salt, Accent and pepper.

Just before serving, combine cabbage and onion with sautéed almonds and sesame seeds.

Then add 2 packages of Ramen Chinese noodles (uncooked and broken up and without seasoning package) and toss salad with dressing.
