4 c. cooked, chopped or shredded, chicken
3/4 onion, chopped
1 lb. velveeta, cubed
1 8oz. pkg. cream cheese, cubed
1 10.5oz. can cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. medium salsa
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Directions:

Dump all ingredients together in crock pot or oven safe dish. For crock pot cook on low for 2-3 hours or high for 1 hour. For oven bake at 350º for about 30 minutes. Stir occassionaly while baking or in crock pot. Serve with tortilla chips.

I use about 1/2 the mayo (you could proabably omit it all together if you wanted to). If you like it spicier use hot salsa.
