Sweet & Sour Meatballs Recipe

1/4 Cup Bread Crumbs
2 TBSP. Onion
1 tsp. Salt
Dash Pepper
2 Cups Water
1 pd. Hamburger Meat
1 Egg, beaten
2 TBSP. Cooking Oil
1/3 Cup Cider Vinegar
1/3 Cup Brown Sugar
2 TBSP. Soy Sauce
2 TBSP. Cornstarch
1 Can Pineapple, Diced

Combine bread crumbs with onion, salt, pepper, 1/2 cup water. Add beef and egg. Shape into balls brown slowly in skillet. When they are browned and cooked through remove meatballs from skillet. Add remaining water to skillet. Add cinegar, brown sugar, and soy sauce. Mix cornstarch with a little cold water then add to the skillet. Stir well and cook for 4 minutes. Add meatballs and pineapple. Cook until heated through.
