1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar, packed
2 sticks butter or margerine
1 cup corn oil
1 egg
Pinch salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 Tbsp sour milk w/ 1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cream of tarter
3 1/2 cup flour
1 cup quick oats
1 cup coconut
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Mix together margerine, sugar, egg, vanilla, oil, salt
Add dry ingredients with sour milk mixture
Add oats, coconut, nuts and mix well

Drop by teaspoon on ungreased cookie sheet
Slatten with bottom of glass dipped in sugar

Bake @350 for 10-12 minutes
