3 C. cooked squash (yellow and/or green)
2 eggs - beaten
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 med. onion, chopped
1 C. grated cheddar cheese
12 saltine crackers
1/2 stick margarine, melted
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Boil cut-up squash in salted water until tender,drain.
Add beaten eggs, margarine, onion, soup, crackers, and cheese, and pepper. Stir to mix.
Pour into greased 2 qt. casserole dish.
Bake 30 -35 min. at 325 degrees.
