Fried Turkey Recipe

1 - 12 lb. turkey, thawed
Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning
5 gal. peanut oil

1/2 c. Dale's
1/2 c. garlic juice
1/2 c. onion juice
1/2 c. Tony Chachere's
1/2 c. Coke
salt and pepper

Wash the thawed turkey well and let him drain. Cover the bird with creole seasoning, inside & out.
Pour marinade into a quart Mason jar, and add water to complete filling jar. Inject turkey with the marinade and marinate overnight.
Slowly place the turkey in 350 oil in deep fryer. Cook for 3 1/2 minutes per pound of turkey. When time is up, slowly take turkey out of fryer and drain on paper towels.
Example: If your turkey weighs 12 lbs., you will cook him for 42 minutes. Turkey will be very moist!!!
