Banana Bread Recipe

1 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
2 sticks butter or margerine
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
5 Tbsp buttermilk*
3 mashed ripe bananas

*If you don't have buttermilk, add 1 tsp vinegar to the 5 Tbsp milk and let stand for a few hours

Cream butter, sugar and eggs with electric mixer
Add flour, baking soda,mixture and milk alittle at a time
Add mashed bananas
Lightly grease and flour loaf pan
Bake @ 350 for approx 65-70 minutes
