1 large mince meat in jar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. shortening
4 c. quick oats
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1/2 c. molasses, light or dark

Cream shortening, sugar and molasses. Add dry
ingredients and mix well (to a crumb texture). Spread
half of mixture in the bottom of a 9x12-inch pan. Press
firmly. Spread mince meat filling over crumbs. Spread
remaining crumbs over mince meat, press firmly. Bake
in 350 oven for 35 to 40 minutes. When cool, cut into
