14oz fish (basa)
1 package of spinach ( chopped Frozen)
fresh basil
salt & ground pepper
1 tomato
4 - 5 cloves garlic
1/2c crumbled light feta
2 tbsp heaping light mayo

3 melba toast crushed
1 tsp melted butter

- Season fish with salt & pepper
- in a medium bowl mix spinach ( water squeezed out) feta, mayo, tomato, basil, garlic
-stuff fish with spinach mixture in baking dish
- pour butter over Melba crumbs mix well and sprinkle over dish
-bake in @ 400F preheated oven for 15 - 20 minutes
