Dip #1
1/2 pint sour cream
3 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/8 tsp. salt and pepper

Dip #2
1/2 c. mayonnaise
3 tbsp. prepared horseradish
1/2 c. chili sauce

Dip #3
1 jar hollandaise sauce
1/2 tsp. onion powder (not salt)
1 tsp. wine vinegar
1/8 tsp. paprika

For each sauce, mix the ingredients listed and serve.
