4 lbs. ground beef
1 c. bread crumbs
1 c. oatmeal
1 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
1 c. finely chopped onion
2/3 c. finely chopped green pepper
1/2 c. finely grated carrot
1/2 c. heavy whipping cream
3 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp. Famous Dave's BBQ sauce
1 tbsp. steak seasoning
2 tsp. mustard

1 c. catsup
1/4 c. packed light brown sugar
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
2 tbsp. finely copped green pepper

Add all the ingredients together for the meat loaf. Shape the mixture into 2 loaves. Place each loaf in a greased loaf pan. Preheat oven to 350. For the topping, combine all ingredients. Simmer until vegetables are tender; stirring occasionally. Pour over the loaves. Bake for 1 hour.
