1 pkg. (8oz) cream cheese, softened
1 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. vegetable recipe, soup & dip mix
1 pkg. (10oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed adn well-drained
1 can (14oz) artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped
3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. shredded parmesan or ramano cheese

In medium-size bowl, thoroughly combine cream cheese, mayo and soup & dip mix. Stir in spinach, artichoke hearts, and mozzerella cheese. Spread mixture in 2 qt. baking dish; sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake at 350*F for 30 minutes or until lightly browned at edges. Serve warm with toasted bread rounds or crackers.
