1 pound bacon, fried crisp and crumbled (keep grease to sauté veggies)
1-2 medium onions, finely chopped
¼ to 1/3 bell pepper, chopped (diced)
Fresh garlic bud, crushed
Worcestershire sauce
½ medium size box Minute Rice
1 - 16 ounce can tomatoes
For spice, bottled hot sauce and crushed red peppers, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onions, garlic and bell pepper in some of the bacon grease until onions are clear. Add tomatoes and Worcestershire sauce to taste. Add Minute Rice and water followings directions on box, stir. Optional: Add hot stuff to taste. Add bacon to pan and stir. Cover, turn heat to simmer for three minutes. Remove cover and stir until thickened
