1 1/2 c cooked shrimp - deveined
1 1/2 c cooked crab meat
1 c chopped green peppers -sauteed in butter
1 c chopped oinon - sauteed in butter
2 T mayonnaise
1/4 c bread crumbs
salt, pepper, or Ole Bay - optional

Directions:
Directions:
Mix shrimp, crab meat, green peppers and onion in a large bowl. Coat lightly with mayonnaise and add
seasonings to taste. Place in shallow casserole dish. Cover mixture lightly with bread crumbs and a dab of butter or margarine.
Preheat oven to 370 degrees, and bake for 30 minutes.

the North Carolina beaches, provide an array of fresh seafood. This is only one of the seafood delights we enjoy year round. Delores is my Sister-in-law and she often entertains the family at her home in Castle Hayne, NC. She and Simuel are both excellent cooks!
