1 1/2 lb. flank steak
Marinade:
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/3 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
2 T. lemon juice
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
1 t. mustard
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 t. black pepper
1/2 t. fajita seasoning
Filling:
2 large green peppers, slice into strips
2 large Spanish Onions, cut into rings
2 T. olive oil

Reynolds Hot Bags or aluminum foil
1 pkg. fresh flour tortillos

Directions:
Directions:
Mix marinade and put into a gallon size Ziplock bag. Place steak inside. Steak can marinade for up to 2 days in an iced cooler. Assemble onions and peppers in a Hot Bag or make an aluminum pouch. Drizzle olive oil over the onions and peppers. Seal pouch completely. Place pouch on hot grill for about 10 minutes. Place steak on a hot grill, turning every 5 minutes until desired doneness. Slice steak across grain into strips. Take a tortilla and place some steak & onion mix in the middle. Fold up and enjoy!
