6 oz Medium Noodles (approximately 1 Cup dry noodles)
1 can Tuna, drained
1/2 c Mayonnaise (optional)
1 c Celery, sliced
1/4 c Green Pepper, diced
1/4 c Canned Pimento, chopped
1/3 c Onion, chopped
1 can Cream of Celery or Mushroom Soup
1/2 c Milk
1 c Cheddar Cheese, grated
1/2 c Hazelnuts or Almonds, slivered

Cook noodles in boiling salted water until tender (approximately 7
minutes); then drain. Add next 6 ingredients and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
Blend soup and milk; heat through. Add cheese; heat and stir until
cheese melts. Add noodle mixture, turn into 2 quart casserole dish. Top
with hazelnuts or almonds (or crushed crackers). Bake uncovered at 450 for 20 minutes.
