1 lb Bulk Pork Sausage
1 1/2 c Celery, minced
1 c Onion, minced
1 c Green Pepper, minced
3/4 c Regular Rice, uncooked
2 Dry Chicken Noodle Soup Mix
4 c Boiling Water
1 sm Diced Pimento

Brown sausage in skillet; drain, reserving 2 to 3 tablespoons drippings.
Place sausage in 3 quart casserole. Brown celery, onion and green
pepper in reserved drippings. Add to cooked sausage. Add rice. Blend
soup, mix with water; stir until dissolved. Add to sausage mixture,
toss to mix all ingredients. cover and bake at 350 for 1 hour. Remove
cover and bake 20 minutes longer.
