Soup bone
1 cup chopped onions
4 garlic cloves chopped
3 carrots chopped
2 sticks of celery chopped
1 cup rutabaga (the secret ingredient!)
2 cups shredded cabbage
2 cans of whole tomatoes
1 tbsp of black pepper
salt to taste
1 cup of frozen peas(add right before serving)
homemade noodles (see recipe for homemade noodles)

Directions:
Make broth first. Boil the soup bone for one hour with salt. Must skim brown scum from broth and then add all your vegetables to the broth. Salt and pepper the soup. Just before serving add a cup of frozen peas.
Make some homemade noodles and go to Hog Heaven!
