2 T. olive oil
2 T butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cans clams with juice
1/4-1/2 c. minced onion

Directions:
Directions:
Saute the garlic in the olive oil and butter. Add the juice from the 2 cans of clams.
Cook this down a little and add the minced onion and clams. Cook 10 minutes.
It's good on your favorite pasta or vermicelli.
