1 1/2 cups flour,
1/2 cup sugar,
2 teaspoons baking powder,
1 teaspoon baking soda,
1/2 cup wheat germ,
1 cup mashed banana,
1/4 cup buttermilk,
1/4 cup oil,
2 eggs or 4 egg whites

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together the flour, sugar, baking powder and baking soda. Mix in the wheat germ. Add the remaining ingredients and beat until well blended. Cook in a greased 8x4" pan or 2 smaller pans at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
