7 slices cubed bread (cut off crust)
1 lb. Jimmy Dean sausage
1 C grated sharp cheddar cheese
6 eggs
2 C milk
1/2 tsp. salt

Prepare the night before:
put cubed bread on bottom of 9 X 13 baking dish
crumble cooked and drained sausage over bread
sprinkle cheese on top
combine eggs, milk and salt in separate bowl then pour over cheese.
cover with foil and put in refrigerator over night

next morning:
bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes with foil on
remove foil and bake 15 additional minutes
serves 6
