1 c. sugar
2 eggs (beaten)
1 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. hot milk
1 Tbsp. butter

Topping:
7 Tbsp. brown sugar
3 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. cream
1/2 c. cocnut or walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Add sugar to well beaten eggs. Sift flour, baking powder, and salt. Add alternately with hot milk. Add vanilla and pour melted butter over batter and mix well. Bake 350 for 20 to 25 minutes in square glass dish.

Topping: Mix ingredients together. Spread over warm cake and put under broiler until brown.
