1 cup sugar, 1/3 cup water, 1 tsp vinegar, pinch of salt, 2 egg whites
Directions:
Directions:
Put into sauce pan, sugar, water, vinegar and salt. cook at low heat (do not stir) until it forms a string when held up on spoon. While this is cooking, beat egg whites until stiff. After sugar mixture forms a strong string, slowly pour into egg whites beating until mixture becomes shiny and stiff.
