1 cup yellow corn meal, 3 eggs, 1 tsp salt, 3 tsp baking powder, 1 small can cream corn ( 8 & 3/4 oz), 1 cup milk, 1 cup grated cheese, 5 pickled hot peppers (chopped fine) 1 small onion (chopped), 1/2 green pepper(chopped).

Mix in order listed. Grease large pyrex pan, heat oven to 375 degrees, bake 2 to 30 minutes.
